Whether it’s a one-off meeting, a regular weekly class, a conference with workshop breakout spaces, or a long-term business location, we can offer something to suit your needs. MWLDAN 1 a seated auditorium with a capacity of 146, with digital projection.

Perfect for presentations and conferences.

 

MWLDAN 2  a seated auditorium with a capacity of 249, with digital projection, full stage, lighting and sound facilities.

MWLDAN 3  a seated auditorium with a capacity of 101, with digital projection.

Perfect for presentations and conferences.

 

MWLDAN 4  a multi-function studio measuring 9m x 9m. Perfect for exercise classes, rehearsals, larger meetings,

dance and small-scale performances for up to 100 people.

 

MWLDAN 5  a smaller multi-function studio measuring 9m x 4m. Perfect for small dance/exercise classes,

meetings and a breakout space when booked in conjunction with Mwldan 4 or 6

 

MWLDAN 6  a carpeted rehearsal studio measuring 8.5m x 8.5m ideal for rehearsals, meetings and parent/toddler sessions for up to 100 people.

Changing facilities are available.

 

MWLDAN MEETING ROOM  a private meeting room for up to 20 people

 

MWLDAN BUSINESS CENTRE  Workstations and Workspaces are available on a short-term and long-term basis – hourly, daily or monthly.

Rental package includes: heat, light, rates, building insurance, servicing, cleaning, security system, 24/7 access, reception area, shared kitchen,

fully accessible, carpeted and optional furniture. Also available – private meeting room for hire for up to 10 people.

 

THERAPY ROOM a private room with frosted windows, waiting room, consultation area and practising space available for hourly hire to

Therapists and Counsellors. Disabled access and parking.

 

All of the above can be supported with internet access, presentation equipment and catering services from simple refreshments through to full lunches.
